Yoga in Canberra - taught by a Medical Doctor - informed by Science - focused on posture & stability.

Hi, I’m Jo, your yoga instructor!

I’ve been practising yoga for more than 20 years and became a qualified yoga instructor in 2018.

As a Canberra-based Medical Doctor, Researcher, working Mum, and Defence Spouse, I understand how hard it can be to take a breath and calm down. Yoga is the practice that keeps bringing me back to myself.

My mission is to offer a safe, evidence-informed, and compassionate yoga practice that meets you where you are.

Wherever life has taken you, and whatever season you are in, yoga is for you. It is a chance to pause, breathe, recalibrate, and reconnect with yourself.
